HOW DO I RENT ONE OF YOUR AVAILABLE PRIVATE SPACES?
Fill out the reservation application on our website - themonkeybarandgrille.com You can find this application under “Venue” and select “Apply to Rent Space”. If you do not have internet, feel free to call the Monkey Bar & Grille at 513-781-4246 to reserve your spot!
We do have certain criteria to be met for every reservation:
Minimum of 20 people
No reservations will be taken on Holiday Weekends including St. Patrick’s Day, Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day Weekend, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.
IS THERE A FEE TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Yes, there is a non-refundable fee that will be made at the time of making your reservation. This guarantees your space and allows us to schedule staff to accommodate your party.
CAN I BRING IN MY OWN FOOD/DRINKS?
You may bring in your own food or cater in. We schedule food trucks almost daily, which can be checked on our calendar. All alcohol beverages, soda, and juices are to be provided by The Monkey Bar & Grille. Kids Juice Boxes are the only exception.
ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING IN DECORATIONS?
Yes, the more the merrier! We want your event to look exactly how you want it. We kindly ask no confetti or glitter decoration of any kind as this makes it difficult for clean up.
IS THE MONKEY BAR & GRILLE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes, wheelchair accessibility is available in all of our rental spaces except for the Bourbon Cellar.
IS THE MONKEY BAR & GRILLE CHILDREN AND DOG FRIENDLY?
Yes to both! We are a family and dog friendly establishment. We do ask that children leave by 10:30 pm in accordance with the Warren County curfew. Dogs are welcome on the outside patio as long as they are leashed; however, they are not permitted inside of the building.
CAN I RESERVE ANY DAY/TIME?
Reservations are accepted any day of the week. Certain areas are not available due to needing space available to the public. Example: the Patio or Riverside Balcony space is unavailable for Friday and Saturday evenings.
You can make your reservation any time during the day. We do ask all reservations to arrive no later than 6 pm.
IS GRATUITY ADDED TO OUR TAB AT THE END OF THE NIGHT?
If the tab is left open after closing, we add 20% gratuity to the tab. If there is a party tab of more than 40 people, an automatic 20% gratuity will be added.
CAN I START A PARTY TAB?
We will work with you to customize a party tab to fit your needs.
